While I was off on my weekend trip, Walter released DMD 1.60. Aside from the usual bug fixes, he has made two surprising, but welcome, additions to the language: you can now give an optional string to an assert statement and it’s now possible to overload the operator in. If you’ve been around D for a while, you’ll understand why I’m surprised.
