Jarrett has announced a “tentative” release candidate of MiniD 2. He’s been at work on it for quite a while and has implemented several features and changes over MiniD 1. He had quite a lot to say about it in the NG announcement, so rather than quote it all here I’ll point you to the NG web interface so that you can read all about it.
