DMD 2.029 Has Arrived

This release incorporates Andrei Alexandrescu’s “revolutionary” (as Walter calls it) range support into Phobos. Along with a number of other Phobos changes and enhancements. And the big new language feature: template function literals. D2 has long been moving into terriroty that’s unfamiliar to me. Now, it’s postively alien!
