The Case For D
Andrei has an article up at DDJ on the goodness of D. Given his reputation in the C++ world, be sure to point any naysayers that way. When Average Joe, and sometimes even Walter, sings the praises of D, he doesn't attract the right people and is ruthlessly torn to pieces by those who do bother to read. Andrei's reputation should at least get people to actually give some consideration to what he's written. The comments in the Reddit thread are already largely positive.
