DMD 1.050 and 2.035

Walter has pushed new releases of DMD out the door, 1.050 and 2.035. The purpose was to fix regressions blocking Qtd and Tango. Additionally, both releases now include an option to output some symbol data in JSON format in an effort to assist IDE developers. This feature is likely to evolve as it is used in the wild.
