Sociomantic is looking to hire a D1 programmer in Berlin. You wouldn’t know it from the job description on their website, where one of the qualifications is “Experienced in C, C++ or D”, without any distinction between D1 and D2. But someone from their R & D team posted in the newsgroup and specified “D1 programmer”.
This is the first public job announcement I’ve seen asking for D experience. I’m sure there’s some historical importance in that somewhere.
